Customer service - Returns
It is important to us that you are one hundred percent satisfied with your purchase. For this reason you have 14 days, after the delivery date of the items, to consider your purchase. If you decide not to keep the items you ordered, you can return them within this 14-day period. The items need to be returned undamaged, unworn and with the original labels attached. Costs relating to return shipments are for your own account. Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK, however, can return items free of charge. You can use the return sticker supplied for this purpose on the enclosed invoice for the right return address.
We always appreciate your feedback. Therefore it would be helpful if you could let us know your reasons for returning the items. This will help us to continue to improve our products and services.
Noppies accepts no responsibility for damage or loss during transit of any returned items. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your returned shipment in good order. As soon as possible after receipt of the returned item we will credit the account or credit card you used to make the payment. If we have any issues regarding the condition of a returned item, we will contact you.

As set out in our conditions, you are obliged to report any damage immediately upon receipt. This allows us to ensure a replacement is dispatched.
Lingerie and bathing wear can be returned to Noppies. The article must not be worn and should be supplied with the original label attached. Costs relating to return shipments are for your own account.
