Shopping

Placing an order is incredibly simple. Place items in your shopping basket and follow the steps in the payment process.

You can pay for your order with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.

You can return your order direct via us, but also via DHL. Read more about the various different options.

You will receive a Track & Trace code once you’ve placed your order, which you can use to track your order right to your front door.

Frequently asked questions

  • How can I track my order?

    You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code from DHL once you have placed your order on Noppies.com and your order has left our warehouse. This will allow you to track your order right up to your front door.
  • Do I need to pay shipping costs?

    The shipping of your package is free with a minimum order value of € 180,-. A total of €4.95 will be charged for shipping orders worth less than €180,-

  • Can I pay with Klarna?

    It’s unfortunately not possible to pay with Klarna.

  • How can I return my order?

    You can return your order without prior notification within 30 days of receipt. You can return your order with the return form supplied, which also includes a return sticker to stick to the outside of the package. Make sure the return form is placed inside the package, so it can be processed by our returns department. Any items purchased during a sale or in the outlet can also be returned within the same 30 day period. 
  • What will returning my order cost?

    The return costs are for your own account. If you’d like to return several items from different orders, these can all be returned in 1 package. Use 1 return label, but do include all the return forms inside the package, so everything can be accurately processed. 
  • Within how many days can I return my order?

    You can use the return form to return your order without prior notification within 30 days of receipt. The return form will be included with your delivery and also serves as your packing slip. Any items purchased during a sale or in the outlet can also be returned within the same 30 day period.

  • I haven’t yet received confirmation of my return. Will I still receive this?

    You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have received and processed your package. This is also when you will receive your refund. Make sure you safely store the track and trace details if you hand your package in at a DHL service point! This will allow you to track your shipment at any time and also means you can check whether we have received your package yet. We will subsequently process the package as soon as possible.

    We will give you all the time you need, as we fully understand buying maternity clothing isn’t always that quick and easy. Please do take your time to have a good look around and try things on. You can make an appointment to visit a shop near you outside of regular opening hours, or on a Thursday evening.
