Processing of returns
You have received a Track & Trace code of your return. With this code you can see when the return has been received by us in the warehouse. In case this should be longer than 3 weeks ago, please do not hesitate to contact us. We would like to hear from you by e-mail: email@example.com. Of course we will do our best to process your return as soon as possible. You will receive an email about your order when the return has been processed in our warehouse.
You can also follow your shipment with the track & trace code. As soon as the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We do not send an e-mail if we have received your return in our warehouse, but when your return has been processed.
It is important to us that you are one hundred percent satisfied with your purchase. For this reason you have 30 days, after the delivery date of the items, to consider your purchase. If you decide not to keep the items you ordered, you can return them within this 30-day period. The items need to be returned undamaged, unworn and with the original labels attached. Costs relating to return shipments are for your own account. Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the UK, however, can return items free of charge. You can use the return sticker supplied for this purpose on the enclosed invoice for the right return address.
We always appreciate your feedback. Therefore it would be helpful if you could let us know your reasons for returning the items. This will help us to continue to improve our products and services.
Returning lingerie, swimwear & tights
For hygienic reasons only unworn items with price tags can be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept tights that have been removed from packaging. Feel free to try on lingerie and swimwear, but please keep your own underwear on underneath for health and hygiene reasons.
Noppies accepts no responsibility for damage or loss during transit of any returned items. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your returned shipment in good order. As soon as possible after receipt of the returned item we will credit the account or credit card you used to make the payment. If we have any issues regarding the condition of a returned item, we will contact you.
For hygienic reasons face masks can not be returned. If you have any complaints about this product, please contact our customer service.

As set out in our conditions, you are obliged to report any damage immediately upon receipt. This allows us to ensure a replacement is dispatched.
Lingerie and bathing wear can be returned to Noppies. The article must not be worn and should be supplied with the original label attached. Costs relating to return shipments are for your own account.
